Graduate Resourcer/Recruiter

 

Duties Include:

 

  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, whilst delivering a high standard of customer service.
  • Ensure candidates’ documentation is kept fully up to date and compliant with company procedures, for example sending out applications and ID requirements for active and inactive candidates on the CRM system.
  • Input and maintain accurate candidate information on company CRM.
  • Produce documents in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Managing your own administrative systems, such as record management, etc.
  • Coordinate interviews.
  • Ensure all related screening documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Service the account in line with the Account Manager
  • Provide full administrative support to the team, the client and candidates
  • Resourcing for all roles.
  • Be responsible for all screening, referencing and verification of qualifications (role dependant)
  • Take calls from employees / applicants and pass on messages to the relevant consultant.
  • Contact candidates by Telephone / E-mail / Post / SMS.
  • Help to answer and distribute calls during busy periods.
  • Handling a portfolio of permanent vacancies
  • Developing a candidate base through effective advertising and referrals
  • Producing job descriptions for client vacancies
  • Sourcing suitable CVs and interviewing all candidates
  • Filtering applications
  • Short listing candidates
  • Offering guidance to candidates re: their CVs etc.
  • Arranging interviews
  • Associated administration
