About the Opportunity

* You will be responsible for forging strong, long-lasting customer relationships and building sales in a competitive environment
* Your customer base will be a mix of both retail and library /school customers- allowing you to really show your skills as a diverse account manager
* Driving new business, as well as ensuring the growth of your existing accounts
* Selling eBooks, eAudiobooks and physical audiobooks as well as selling the fastest growing digital solution in the UK
* Working for the UK Division, you will split you time between the UK head office in Newbury, working from home and travelling within the UK

Competencies

* Prior success selling book, audio or digital products and services in a competitive and resistant market against established vendors
* Excel at finding and closing new opportunities, building relationships with buyers and growing existing accounts.
* Positive attitude and passionate about sales
* Strong closing and consultative selling skills
* Goal orientated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Have a passion for books, audio and digital media
* Enjoy working within a small team
* Willing to travel within the UK
